Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, in accordance with federal and state pharmacy laws designed to protect public health and safety.

I. Cancellation

You may cancel your Well RX subscription at any time for any reason by contacting our support team at support@wellrx.com or through your patient portal. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

II. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are limited to the following circumstances:

In all other cases, subscription fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. Any approved refund applies only to the most recent billing cycle and not to prior periods.

III. Prescription Medications

Once prescription medication has been dispensed and signed out for shipping, the order is considered complete. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications to a pharmacy. All prescription product sales are final.

IV. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect medication, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Damaged items may be replaced at no charge. Incorrect medications will be replaced by our partner pharmacy at no additional cost to you.
