Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Well RX website or services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
Well RX facilitates healthcare record development, appointment scheduling, prescription coordination, and telehealth consultations through independent, licensed medical providers. Well RX does not directly provide medical services. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals.
To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age, reside in a US state where Well RX services are available, and provide accurate account information. The platform is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Well RX provides a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. Services include online consultations, prescription coordination with partner pharmacies, and ongoing care support. Well RX does not guarantee any specific medical outcome or that a provider will prescribe any particular medication.
Medical consultation fees are non-refundable. You may be eligible for a refund (minus a 25% consultation fee) if you demonstrate no weight loss after five months on the program, provided you have adhered to all program requirements. All sales of prescription products are final and cannot be returned once dispensed, in accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window may result in a charge for the upcoming billing cycle.
Well RX makes no warranties about platform availability or healthcare outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Well RX's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed $100.00 USD. Well RX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in a court of law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You have 30 days from first agreeing to these Terms to opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us.
Well RX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or provided inaccurate information.
By using our services you consent to sharing your health information with affiliated licensed providers and partner pharmacies as necessary to deliver care. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Well RX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
