This California Privacy Statement applies exclusively to California residents and supplements Well RX's general Privacy Policy. It is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws.
I. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Since January 1, 2024, Well RX has collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: name, postal address, phone number, email address, IP address, cookie identifiers
- California Customer Records information: financial data, payment card information, insurance information
- Protected classification characteristics: age, gender, disability status
- Commercial information: payment history and property records
- Biometric & health information: medical history, health data, and information exchanged during consultations
- Internet or electronic network activity: browsing history on our platform, cookies, and usage data
- Sensory data: audio recordings of customer service calls or medical interviews
- Professional or employment information: job title, employer
- Inferences: preferences, interests, and characteristics drawn from collected data
II. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you (through forms, consultations, and account registration), indirectly through your use of our platform, and from third parties such as affiliated providers and pharmacies involved in delivering your care.
III. How We Use Your Information
We use collected personal information to fulfill service requests, provide healthcare coordination, send alerts and updates, enforce contracts and billing, support research and product development, protect rights and safety, and comply with legal obligations.
IV. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with affiliates, licensed service providers, vendors, and authorized parties as required by law or necessary to provide your care.
V. Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., ongoing transactions, legal obligations, research).
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: You may request that we restrict the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to purposes directly related to providing our services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
VI. How to Submit a Request

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with prior notice. No fee will be charged unless requests are excessive or repetitive.
To verify your identity, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, and other information on file with us. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf; authorized agents must provide written proof of their authority.
